One process, one app.

These are dense internal tools for a desk and a phone in a van. Enough to run a week of work. The screens below are examples of the kind we build — not a named Irish client, not a live customer. Yours would use your data and your words.

Schedule / jobs

The headache: who is on which site, which day, still living in messages and a shared file. The crew finds out late. The office spends the morning confirming.

What the app does: a week of jobs you can actually run. Who is assigned, where they are, what is done. From the office and from the van.

Example jobs board with scheduled, on-site and completed work

Example jobs board. Yours would be your sites, your crew, your job names — not this board.

Hours / payroll

The headache: hours in, then a scramble to a payslip the accountant will accept. Missing days. Wrong rates. Someone still typing it twice.

What the app does: hours captured as the week happens, then out in the shape payroll already uses.

Example timesheet and payslip screens

Example timesheets. Yours would be your people, your rates, your week — not this sheet.

Quotes / invoices

The headache: a quote that does not become an invoice without a chase. Pricing rules in someone’s head. VAT and wording redone every time.

What the app does: quote with your rules, then the invoice from the same job — not a generic billing product.

Other processes

Stock, certificates, month-end numbers — only if that is the headache. We do not add them as colour. One process per app. A kitchen’s week is not a timber yard’s week; the app is built for the one you name. We do not sell a platform for every trade.

If that is the work, ask for a prototype.

We’ll build a clickable version of your process and send the URL.

Ask for a prototype

This is a request, not the prototype. We’ll build a working version of your process and show you.

That’s in. We’ll look at what you sent and reply with a prototype.
